Welcome

I imagine you have looked at many websites before getting to mine, so I'm glad you're here. Finding mental health support can be difficult these days, and finding clinicians who do psychological testing can be even harder!

Many clients I've worked with throughout the years have shared similar stories—they've spent their whole lives feeling like they didn't quite fit in or were different, struggling in silence because they felt they couldn't talk to anyone about it, and along the way have found ways to compensate over the years.

But great news– if you're here, you've taken the first step of seeking support. That's a big deal!

My Approach

Testing sheds light on cognitive strengths and weaknesses, attention, executive functioning skills, learning, memory, and processing.

My work is informed by my experience in the field of disabilities in higher education, social justice, my own cultural background and experience in education, value for neurodiversity, and passion for the insight and understanding gained through testing.

All individuals can benefit from the testing process and my goal is to make this service accessible to all.

About Me

I was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. I'm a child of immigrants who has navigated two different cultures my entire life. Understanding culture and how cultural factors influence how we learn, function, and walk through the world is a lens I carry with me in my personal life and in my work. I also work through a social justice lens in which I honor intersectionality and the various identities we each hold.

During my clinical training, I fell in love with testing and assessment when I worked with college students who were getting tested for the first time in their lives due to their learning differences, challenges in school, and to better understand themselves. Many had not had the resources to get tested earlier in their lives, or cultural factors kept them from even considering getting tested.

I have worked in college settings for 10+ years in clinical and nonclinical roles. I have gained expertise in psychoeducational assessment based on 10 years of training and work experience completing assessments. In addition to my work as a psychologist, I have worked in student services in universities, supporting students with disabilities and/or neurodivergence have equitable access to education. I love what I do and the people I work with, and look forward to seeing if we are a good fit to work together on your assessment journey!
